It really helps
This ring really helps with my anxiety issues while at work. However, it didn't fit exactly like i expected. I was hoping it would fit on my ring finger, but it only fits on my pointer finger. However, I do recommend buying this to help your anxiety.

Great when you first get it…
This product is a nice ring when you first get it. However you cannot get it even slightly wet or it’ll never Spin the same. Also the paint on the suits are peeling off. I’m slightly disappointed but it’s not trrrubke I guess. Is it worth $11. I don’t think so. But it’s a decent enough ring.
