The Rusty Roof Distressed Cimarron Black Picture Frame-Solid Wood, 16x20

I am in love with these frames and have already bought another style! These are handmade, sturdy, real world frames that are beautiful. These frames cost less than half of cheap, mass produced games and really class up the art. The coloring is black and the distressed areas are tasteful and not distracting from the art. They use real glass and have nice solid teeth to hang. The backing is a piece of cardboard, but I don’t see this as a problem. A wood and glass frame is heavy, and using a cardboard backing helps lighten the piece so it is easier to hang up.The shipping is excellent, and the frames came very carefully bubble wrapped, taped and secured in a cardboard box. My original box apparently was damaged en route, but I didn’t even know until later because the seller secured a return and replacement without me needing to report any issues. So impressed!I will absolutely use this seller again and can’t recommend the frames highly enough! ❤️❤️

Awesome product! This product is very well made and it looks beautiful. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I’d highly recommend this product. It’s nice when you see a product that has slot of 5 star reviews and it actually turns out to be better than expected.

Very quick shipping! Got here in plenty of time for Christmas! Looks great. The only thing I could say negative (and if I could have taken off just half a star I would) is that it only comes with a white, corrugated backing and those little prongs instead of a set of those swivel closures. Because it’s a gift I wish the back would have looked more finished. Also not easy to change out picture. Other than that, it looks very nice! Would definitely buy another.

Overall I'm happy with the frame, generally suits the look we were going for with the print that we're putting in it. However, the photos in the description made the distressed part of the frame look more metallic / rubbed bronze than the actual product received. The distressed areas just look plainly worn. I was hoping for more of that metallic look. Oh well.I will say that the frame was extremely well packaged and I can tell that it is a high quality product - thanks for that!

Thought I had rated this already. Ok, only reason not 5 stars is one side, where the sawtooth hangers are, was off center...way off. I had to pry it out and find the center (not rocket science) and hammer back in without breaking anything. Pretty cheap sawtooth hangers. No nails or screws, just pointed ends. It could not cost the company much to provide better hangers. Frame was correct size and color. It's hanging up now and looks good with my genealogy chart in it. Just hoping the hanger doesn't fall out.

I really like this frame. The craftsmanship and artistry are immediately noticed, and compliment the picture nicely. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is just because it doesn't have an easel backing. I just would have expected a frame of this size would have one. I still would definitely recommend the frame and the seller, would buy another frame from these guys.

Over the years, I have ordered many of these frames. They have held up well without any issues. I like that they are solid wood with real glass. It is also nice that they have all of their frames in different colors so that you can easily choose a color scheme. I recently ordered a number of these frames in black and white to create a wall of memories that go with my black and white buffalo plaid farmhouse theme. It looks great and I get a lot of compliments. Whenever I need a frame, The Rusty Roof is always who I order from.
