Working for now. I would change some things but fixed my vibration
Of course the real test will be how long it lasts. I put two on the rear drive shaft of a 2008 wrangler. Youtube vids of how to get the old ones off crack me up..they just fall off! Sure they do. Anyway..not to much trouble getting new ones on. Weak point to me is the dust cap. Seems rather thin and reused the old ones. I don't really care for the hex nuts instead of the old 5/16 that was holding the old one on. Hex bolds placed where dirt/corrosion build up are a pain when you have to remove. AND maybe I'm just old school but I prefer the old u-joints over these cv joints. Less points for failure imo. But they are on and vibration is gone.

Easy to do, so do it now
2008 Wrangler Unlimited X w/ 2" budget boost.Had to replace the original as the boot was broken and some old nasty, burned up looking grease was being thrown on the bottom of the jeep. This was an easy job and if your boot is busted you need to get this done ASAP so you don't bomb the transfer case.Been on for over 10k miles and going strong.

I’m the boot busted and I was back to square one
Install on this was fairly straightforward. Unfortunately a few weeks after installation the boot leak grease and had already cracked.

Good option.
Bought this repair kit to fix my jeeps driveshaft and not wanting to spend lots of money on a new one. The kit arrived on time and after following some videos, I was back on the road in an hour. (Driveshaft was previously removed). Since installed, I’ve put about 15k miles and haven’t had any issues. Very pleased with product.

Failed in less than 2 months.
Wish I could rate this turd of a joint zero stars. I took the chance that I would be getting something that would last even half as long as the original but alas it's not worth the effort to change it out. 2 days of beach driving and 1 day of 4wd at reasonable speed in the snow and the joint is trashed to the point of having to remove the front drive shaft completely before catastrophic and costly failure. 165k miles on the original and less than 5k miles on this replacement. Save yourself the hassle of doing the job twice and avoid this cheap, pos cv join and just buy the tera.Update... As of now my review on the actual cv joint stands, but the seller is doing what they can to make it right. If I could rate the seller alone, I'd give them 5 stars. Good customer service, especially online, is non existent these days but they are the exception.
