Product arrive poorly packaged and defective
Misleading! The product description states: NEC Display Solutions NP-M300X 1024 x 768 3000 ANSI lumens LCD Projector 2000:1 Included in Box: Carrying case, remote control, batteries, power cord, RGB signal cable, built-in lens cover, user’s manual on CD-ROM, quick start guide, product registration card.THAT IS NOT what arrived. The carrying case was missing, the remote control had corroded battery terminals (which I cleaned before installing new batteries), the batteries were missing, the RGB signal cable was missing, the user's manual on CD-ROM, quick start guide and product registration card were all MISSING.Worst of all product would not power up. When plugged in and the power button was selected, a red status light slowly flashed and never turned green. Tried to return the projector and was told that it was un-returnable and that I would have to contact the seller. I had thought the seller was NEC but now am told it is a refurbishment center in FL. Called the number and simply get an answering machine. Meanwhile, I have a defective item awaiting service or to be returned. Customer service does not return my multiple calls.
