Come on, Seabiscuit!

As a horse-loving child, I remembered this book and wanted to get one for my grandchild to enjoy. It's well-written, entertaining and educational with some nice illustrations to boot. Worth a little effort to track down a copy.

I read this book as a school boy and I bought it recently to read again. It's an enjoyable read.

This version of Seabiscuit's story is kid appropriate. my 8 year old and I took turns reading a page each and we really enjoyed it

The author had a great amount of personal experience in training horses (see the 'Little Britches' series- a highly readable autobiographical work), and this insight shows in the way that 'Come On Seabiscuit' is written.

I see that I have another of Ralph Moody's books to rate and I do so with the same gusto as the others. Just great reading!

This is my favorite author. He presents the facts in an easy to read informative style . Positively a mood lifter.

A classic with very nice drawings. The book arrived in good condition and was packaged well. I bought the book for my teenage granddaughter. She loves it.

I love the book. First read in grade school and been looking for it to buy for years. This book came in great condition and was a hardback too!

Wonderful story of a great racehorse, superb drawings to illustrate the book.
