Top notch and while plumber was pushing towards another brand, he liked the ease of install and adjustments.

TERRIBLE QUALITY - "cold button" fell off within 3 months, facuet gets loose about every 2-3 weeks
we are amazed at how poor of quality this item is. the fact that the faucet won't stay secure is maddening - it loosens and then is crooked until it gets tightened again. just today the "cold" button fell off and on KB website it shows the fix which is crazy glue! it's such a common issue that it's right there on the website. keep in mind this faucet was over $300. i am so sad i didn't stick with a tried and true brand. AVOID.

Great looking faucet.
Great looking faucet. Very heavy duty construction. Had to return because I could not turn the handles due to close range of backsplash. Very nice faucet though.

Nice faucet
The quality of this fixture is good, and it proved easy to install. A very nice feature is the extended neck of the faucet that helps minimize splashing in the sink. Loved the cross-styled handles. We would certainly recommend this fixture.
