I know what you are thinking... do I really want to spend that much on a giant fake rock? The answer if yes. You get what you pay for these days and I can say this is a quality product and if it fits your needs, spend the money. We have a well pump and electrical connection outside our family room window in the middle of the driveway turnaround. I wanted something that could be aesthetically pleasing as well as provide protection from the elements for the well pump. Here in Florida, I was not concerned and cannot speak about the heating element and insulation - but the rock itself is quality made.I think it looks reasonably realistic and once we can plant a few small bushes or plants around it - it will blend right in. The base of the rock has 4 areas where you could stake it to the ground if needed, but the profile of this design and its weight is enough that I did not need to. just kicked up some dirt and ground cover around the edges and it looks like it's coming out of the ground naturally.Make sure to measure the exact height and width of the item you are covering to ensure whatever model you are buying will be covered. I would also recommend if you need doing a little recon around your local neighborhood to look for rock groupings or natural stone - if it matters and you want to match as close as possible your local geology and colors.Great product - would buy again (but this one will last a long time!).

perfect for covering the backflow prevention. Looks a bit like a tombstone, but we have fun with it.

This rock was impressive beyond what I had expected. I placed it over some gas pipes and it is a major improvement over those ugly things. As a result of my experience, I will be getting another one for a well pump cover.

Product was not as big as told on the review. Only half as tall and wide. We needed it so we used dirt to fill in.

The product dimensions say that this is 61x48x63 inches. Its not at all that big like I wanted. Its actually 30x48x20. I sent back the first one and ordered it again with the help from an amazon associate but the same exact thing showed up. the item works for what I am covering, barely, that's why I wanted the dimensions shown. Used to cover anti-siphon valve....easy to install but looked a little more artificial than faux rocks

Love the faux rock. It fits perfectly over our sprinkler backflow preventer.
