Product installed easyHad issue with leaking from the new hose. Inspect your parts . Quiet an no other issues.

Works great. I had the push button on my last setup that required a plug switch. This one is built into the unit itself. Works flawlessly. Plan on buying a second when I install a sink in the kitchen island.

tried several times to install bottom part to top half never got it to lock in place .I had to use different gaskets the ones provided did not leave enough room to install O ring when i finally got it to start all three sides could not get it to lock in got it to max ramp then turn water on and it leaks.,I bought different brand installed in ten minutes and not returning cost half price it cost to buy no free retun

The mounting system 3 securing bolts are too large. Having installed and tighten them, when you go to mount disposal unit, they obstruct the unit from fully housing. It results in unit not fully located and water seeps from unit. I had to go and buy new mounting unit and installed properly in 30 minutes. Also, a lot of accessories but none that fits the inlet pipe to unit.

We didn’t realize that the wiring is different from what we had when we purchased it, so we actually gave it to our son. So, I don’t know how it works. I don’t think he’s installed it just yet.
