Cinderella VHS

When I received this movie and opened it i could tell the cover had been copied or reproduced. the color was off and it just looked "fake". The disc inside was also "fake" looking and will not play on any TV. My daughter bought this with her birthday Amazon gift card and was mad and disappointed that someone would do this.

Received what I believe is a pirated copy of Cinderella (shipped from and sold by Amazon). Case is in an after market shrink wrap, and the Dust jacket has poor quality graphics. It also has no Disney logo or references and has markings and subtitles for Korean as well as English. Just FYI for those looking for this classic right now.

I just went to play this and I noticed it is a fake copy. Someone printed the cover on regular printer and the disk plays in black and white, and shakes.

This is a counterfeit movie; it is not made by Disney and had been pirated. There are even spelling errors on the printed material.

This is not in English and cannot be played in the us on a DVD player. You have to read the fine print to learn this. The seller will not give a refund without buyer paying the shipping. Which costs 3 times the amount of the item!! Ridiculous! I guess I have to throw it away and call it a loss!!

This is a pirated copy of the Walt Disney movie. It does not work on US formatted DVD players. In the process of returning this fake movie/DVD.

I received this item yesterday and it definitely is NOT factory sealed as the title says. It was open with someone’s fingerprints all over the DVD. I have not yet tried to play it, but I am not happy that it wasn’t factory seals as it was going to be a gift.

This DVD did not work for me. I believe that it was a bootleg. I am very upset with my purchase and amazon. I have made contact to return it for a refund

This Special edition of the Cinderella classic was remastered and looks good with excellent improved colouring and sound

Brilliant quality, fun, imaginative and a Disney classic not to be missed

I originally had this on VHS as a kid and always wanted to upgrade it to DVD. I was delighted to hear about this DVD re-release, to coincide with the Royal Wedding of 2011. A Disney Classic will always be a Classic, no matter what format it's in. Wasn't so keen on the free Art Card that was included with it though.

Arrived as advertised.

I watched this film on Christmas Day with husband, my son and his wife in their thirties and my two grandchildren aged 2 and 4 years. Within the first 10 minutes of the 'mice overture' to the film, the new Christmas toys were abandoned and grown-up chatter stilled. No requests for drinks, biscuits, sweets, no drifting off to other activities.It has all the delightful charm of the original but with much enhanced technical quality. You would not know you were watching a video-tape rather than a DVD. The grown-ups wallowed in childhood nostalgia while the magic of the producton created it anew in my young grandchildren.The nicest of all Christmas treats! The essential Cinderella

The sleeve for this dvd was different to what was advertised which threw me a bit. However the dvd was shrink wrapped as expected and was perfect upon watching it so I have no complaints. Lovely film to share some time with my daughter.

Nothing wrong with the film but it wouldn't play on my new DVD player as it was the 'wrong area code'. Never come across that before and had to play it on my computer instead.

We bought this DVD for my daughter as a birthday present. I can honestly say it has been a fantastic hit, it is currently her favourite DVD to watch and is a fantastic story and a reminder of the old style of cartoon stories produced by Disney. We can leave her to watch it on her own as there are no scary bits (it is amazing what children find scary !) and if time permitting can also sit and watch it with her enjoying the songs and fantastic story.I can recommend this to anyone who wants to introduce their children to a wonderful story and the fantastic medium of the old style cartoon.

Cinderella is a lovely film very beautiful and magical. The children were mesmerised by the singing and magic in transforming Cinderella and they got involved with the movie being happy for Cinderella and booing at the stepsisters.

My granddaughter loves this.
