Q: Do they shrink after washing?

These definitely shrink after you wash them. If they fit the way you want, then don't dry them at all. They were about 2 inches long for me and I contemplated on getting them hemmed. Knowing they would shrink, I just put them in the dryer for about 15 minutes on low heat. The length definitely shortened, but the hips/waist are did not and still fit perfectly and snug. It ended up working out for me. But, they do dry an make the linen fluffy/bubbly instead of flat like the way they come. I am 5'6" about 155-160. I have a curvy, athletic body and thick legs. They're great at accentuating your curves especially if you have a bigger waist to booty/leg ratio

I bought a Small and a Medium. The Small inseam is 31.5" and the Medium is 32".

Q: Do they stretch out in the seat very much, I have linen wide leg pants that look 3 sized too big after a couple of hours?

Yes, quite a bit. I have several pairs of these pants. The back sides of them are much looser and baggy after running errands for a couple of hours. They are very comfortable though, so I wear them anyway.
