Tough 1 Knotted Rope & Twisted Crown Training Halter

This halter was a great value the knots add the added pressure where needed but do not hurt the horse. But the knots are in all the right place to add pressure when needed. Highly recommend and the color was very pretty!

I have trouble with rope halter's fitting my American warm blood this halter fits amazingly well it still has the stiffness it needs to be effective. And out of about 15 rope halters I've ever bought it's the 1st one where the ends don't come off. And it's the least expensive one I've ever bought this is definitely a great halter especially if you're into Clinton Anderson training and can't afford his. This is the 2nd one I have bought my 1st 1 is 2 and a 1/2 years old and still an excellent condition i just wanted a different color this time. The other thing I like about th is the twisted Crown piece is easy to get over and into the tie. Awesome Rope halter.

I bought this for my 4.5 TWH mare to do ground work/lunging, catch her from the pasture, tie her in cross ties, and just about any and everything. The material is stiff, seems of good quality, durable, knots are perfect and my horse is very responsive to this rope halter....but.....It worked well for a couple hours and started to unravel where you tie it, might I add I just received it a couple hours ago from the mailman. I immediately contacted amazon and they are sending me a new one. I really like how this rope halter works for my horse. It’s stylish and looks good on my horse. Plus it’s very reasonably priced which is an added bonus!!! I honestly believe this works just as well as the Clinton Anderson ones. Highly recommend this rope halter!!!!!

Halter rope appears to be of good quality and knotted correctly. A good halter to start with if you are trying rope halters for the first time. The standard is on the small side, it didn't fit my TB. Will try it on the smaller Appendix QH.

I bought this to go under a bridle for my 14.2hh chincoteague pony who has an issue with the bit, and it fits perfectly under a bridle. i also ended up using it as a hackamore with reins attached to it. its soft and fits perfectly!

I am super happy with this lunge line. I have a five year old Fresian cross and he can be a handful and this lunge line is sup comfortable to hold.

I got exactly what I paid for a cheap piece of rope with poorly tied random knots. The photos showed the correct double overhand knots on the nose band and cheeks. I was not so concerned about the knot at the bottom (chin) area. The rope sections are so twisted the halter does not lay flat. and the sections between the knots are not evenly spaced. I was looking for a training halter to use with a couple of ponies - not to be confused with minis I rescued recently. The description stated it would fit a pony. They did make an attempt at the correct size - it is too small for a horse. It does not even come close to fitting the ponies - way too big. I paid more in shipping than I did the halter. Not worth the expense of returning it. I ended up getting rope and tying my own with the proper knots and correct spacing. That will teach me to take a short cut.

Nice halter, not high quality but does the job. I don't find the twist in the top rope does anything more than make it a bit annoying to put on. Still good for groundwork training.
