Been using this product for years. Lasts along time and is great for sensitive skin.

I've been using this eye make-up remover for nearly a year now. I have very sensitive eyes and suffer from dry eye off and on. I've tried several removers but this one is the best. I have zero irritation. Some people have said it is a little gooey and gel like which is true but I haven't had a problem with that. I would recommend for anybody with sensitive eyes.

Yes it is gentle and takes off daily makeup, but the product has a gel-like consistency and is kind of goopy. Because of this, it easily gets in my eyes no matter how careful I am. I wouldn’t get it again.

This doesn't sting my eyes at all and is very gentle. I have purchased 2 bottles so far. It takes several passes to get waterproof and hard to remove mascara off completely so not perfect but I haven't found a gentler product.

It took several repeats with a cotton ball to get most of my mascara off. I still woke up with black eyes.

I don’t usually write reviews on skincare products, but Avene Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover is the best I’ve ever used in over 30-plus years. I’ve always preferred cream eye makeup removers, as I wear eyeliner and mascara daily and don’t like liquids that you put onto a cotton pad and have to go over the eye again and again which makes it a chore and can be quite uncomfortable. So with cream eye makeup removers, I would just apply a blob, massage it into the eyelashes and then use a cotton pad under running warm water to remove it. But cream eye makeup removers are increasingly hard to find now, such as the Olay one and Clinique’s Gentle Eye Makeup Remover, which have both been discontinued now, I believe. After reading good reviews on this, I dubiously purchased it, and on opening the package, could hear it swishing around and thought, oh no, it’s a liquid! Anyway, I put a coin-sized amount in my palm and realised it actually had an oil-like consistency, (which I also haven’t liked as eye makeup removers in the past either), but dipped my finger in to apply and really thought I’d just wasted my money until the moment I started to rub it in, my eye makeup instantly melted (with panda eyes as usual - which is great sign! - meaning it’s working), then used my usual method of a cotton pad under running warm water and it was all gone! No stinging like many eye make-up removers and no bleary eyes afterwards. Even with my previous favourite, Clinique, although my eyes didn’t sting, they were quite bleary afterwards and for that reason, used to make sure that I didn’t wear eye make-up for two days before visiting an optician, so this is just brilliant and wish I had discovered it sooner. Just hope Avene don’t discontinue this and just in case, will be buying more shortly!

Lo mejor que he probado. Después de usar otras marcas este es el mejor: ni irrita y cunde mucho al tener textura de gel. No cambiaré por otro.
