I haven't taken night pictures as I just finished the install, but if I can see them in the daylight I imagine they are pretty bright. I installed them in my door speakers. Positive to positive, negative to negative. Easy day. Would purchase again, great for the price they are

I will be using these in a few vehicle applications and a few DYI home applications with a 12v adapter.These can be used in flat as well as not so flat places as they can bend and twist virtually in a variety of positions. These are way bright!Can’t wait to see what and where I end up using these! 😎

These LEDs are bright enough in darkness. I don't think you can reasonably expect them to provide much effect in full light

Surprisingly, they all worked. They aren't "super bright" by any means, more of a pleasant glow. I used them as interior lights in the cargo area of my Cherokee, but they are not bright enough to rely on to find specific items in a bag. Not disappointed, but I did expect them to be brighter. First thing I did was peel off the generic adhesive, and put on automotive strength 3m. There are literally three conductors in each wire. Soldering was a challenge, forget about using butt connectors, the wires are so thin, the connectors wouldn't be able to get a bite on them.

Not great adhesive on the back, and the clear rubber type stuff basically feels like hot glue, but totally bright enough, and are a cool slightly blue-ish white. I had to secure with zipties. Used for underneath lights on a boat.
