This splitter gave me 6 balanced outputs, which means that the signal level is split evenly between each output. The Spectrum guy originally installed two splitters in series to handle my TV's/network modem, which means that the outputs on the first splitter were "hotter" wile signal coming out of the second splitter were weaker. It may seem picky, but it's better to use a single splitter with enough ports for each of your devices. The splitter also handles signals up to 2GHz and allows 2-way signalling, which is what you will need so your cable box can talk back to your service provider. I ran twin coax cables to locations all over my home. I used two of these with my FrontierTV FIOS service. No apparent signal loss with great picture quality. To make it work with my FrontierTV, I ran the coax outbound from my ONT (the big white box where the fiber optic enters my home) to the “In” side of a two stage splitter. Then, one coax from the “Out” of my two way splitter to the coax connection on my Frontier router and then the other coax “Out” of my two way splitter to the “In” port of this splitter. Then from this splitter out to my TV’s. Frontier says I had to do it this way to make my DVR and programming work correctly. It worked perfectly. One note: I tried running my TV’s through a Leviton powered splitter in my structured panel. Didn’t work correctly. Very poor picture quality. Also, this is much less expensive than a powered splitter.

This is an exact addition to a splitter that I all ready have in place. When it was installed, in my basement "communications" panel box, it matched perfectly. For all the possible coaxial outlets, in my three story house, I ran the coaxial cable in wall to them. I then needed additional splitter connections to service them. Very pleased. I do not use all possible connections at one time. With 4 to 5 in use, I notice no signal loss.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered several months ago, wish I would have opened the box. When I opened the box the bottom plate was off. Extremely poor job on soldering plate to Body. Worthless!

Wanted to add extra ports for new TVs and order 2 of these splitters. I lost most of my channels once I installed it. Went to Lowes and purchased IDEAL splitters which worked fine. These are not Leviton splitters but rather cheap Chinese knock offs. Avoid!!!!

Installed where all of my cable tv lines homerun in the basement. Works perfectly. Great picture on all tv's. I was concerned that the picture quality would deteriorate with all of the tv's connected, but I get a very high quality signal throughout my home.

We cut the cable and added an antenna in the attic. So I used this as a hub to connect all our TVs to one antenna and it works great! I thought we might need a signal booster or amplifier, but picture quality is perfect as is. Simple to install and mount.

Lots of talk about signal loss when using a multi splitter. I combined this with a Clearstream uhf/vhf antenna and have great signal and clear picture on multiple TVs with no signal interruption on any of them. My signals are 35-55 miles away. Great splitter!
