I have been using two of these silicone baking pans for making low carb "mug bread" in the microwave over the past several years. They have held up very well, are a good size for making a bun for hamburgers and other sandwiches, and pretty much look the same as the day I first purchased them.Recently I have started making egg white bread and ordered more of these to make a full batch. When I received an open package that was missing one of the pans ordered, I followed Amazon's online procedure for reporting problems with a package and reported the missing item. Several days later I received a new package in the mail containing not one, but two replacement pans. Thank you! I looked forever for something to bake a single Rhodes cinnamon roll in. I like the giant rolls but, as a single person, I only fix one at a time. This pan is so perfect for that. Also, now, I can make small cakes and other desserts without having too much remaining. If I make a whole cake, it either goes to waste or goes to waist.HIGHLIGHTS:1. This is large enough for a "mini" cake or other baked goods.2. It's very flexible.3. It came wrapped a little too tightly in some plastic and I worried that it would be misshapen but it was fine.4. Because it molds to the baked item, it does hold a LOT of heat. I had to use mitts to remove the bun to that it could cool without sweating.5. I think that, unlike a traditional tin, this will not be good for cooling baked goods inside of it on a rack. I know that with the bun, I needed to remove it to cool because of the sweating issue.6. It washes up very easily. Nothing stuck (I did lightly coat the inside with some spray) and I could have cleaned it just by rinsing it with hot water.I use this in my Foodi to let the roll rise and bake. You can't let a single bun rise outside of a container or it will spread too wide and flat. Before this, I was using tin foil to make a little pan every time. That's a big waste and tin foil isn't cheap.

Good for what I needed

This is a great little silicon mold for baking. I bought it because I have recently started baking and I hate to make a full 9 or 12 inch cake when I'm just playing around with a recipe. It is good quality silicon with a tiny checkered pattern on the bottom of the mold (sides are smooth though). I have made several small cakes as testers and often use these pans to finish off extra batter when I'm experimenting with a new cake. The cake it makes is small enough for about 4 reasonable slices so the size is great if you want to make a small gift cake to bring over a friends house for a dinner party or if you love cake but don't like having 9,000 calories worth of it sitting around your apartment for a week. As far a silicon molds go it is not too thick but it seems to get the job done well without any problems. I bought 4 and I use them all. I would recommend this pan highly.

Nonstick, perfect for making small cakes. Can easily use this silicone pan in a toaster oven instead of heating up a large stove. As with all silicone bakeware, it is best to set these (I bought two) flexible pans on a metal baking sheet. Cakes bake evenly in them, regardless. Just be sure that you adjust bake time because such small cakes will be done quicker than large ones. After making and frosting a two layer cake made with these pans I was surprised at how many people it served. A small slice of a richly flavored cake can be quite satisfying. When I bake for just my husband and I one layer is plenty. Plus there are fewer tempting leftovers to deal with, waste or get stale. It's nice being able to make a small treat once in awhile and these silicone pans have made doing that much easier. They wash easily in the dishwasher, too.

This is my go to product when making my keto/LC desserts and bread. I use in my air fryer and microwave. I am ordering another one because one isn’t enough when making bread. You can easily fit 2 in your air fryer (XL). I do wish it was a little thicker, but don’t get me wrong it does the job just the way it is now. Easy to wash and food won’t stick (not even cheesecakes). The Size is like a larger round bagel. Sizing is very generous for desserts and perfect for bread. I am a happy customer.

I use this for making large bird food “cakes” to hang in a tree. I had really struggled to find something that was easy to use, especially since my bird food recipe has a coconut oil base. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to remove this silicone mould - so much easier than wrestling with mini springform pans.
