A young man is left with his grandparents in Puerto Rico by his mother along with his little sister. He loves his little sister, who has astma. He feels like the man of the house being that his grandparents are not very skilled at doing any thing. He is angry at his mother for leaving him and is frustrated that he is trying to be a man when he is still a high school youth. Though he has friends (who are not the cool kids), he feels lonely. However, that summer became special when he met a young girl who was willing to follow him and do things with him without judgment. He was looking for a female model he saw in a magazine whom he thought he was in love with only to learn that the person he should love is the person in front of him. It's a cute romantic movie with puppy love.

A fun kids movie. I love young people and all their energy and excitement. I would like to borrow some. LOLSome good acting here.By the way...Someone tell Trump that Porto Rico is a territory of the United States.....LOLI guess it's not really a joke......He didn't know. What a Moron.

I don't understand why Amazon list this movie under the Gay category. There is nothing Gay about it. Plus it's just not that good.

Good movie

Very cool movie.

classic coming of age teen romance. Great locations (Puerto Rico), very good acting and amazing soundtrack. For anybody who loved films like Breakfast Club or Sixteen Candles, this is a must see.

This was a fun film to watch.
