Petmate ProValu' and 'Great Crate' Replacement Pan

I ordered the medium size tray to use as part of a concrete form for a custom dog crate that I'm building. It's perfectly constructed for my needs made of a thick injection molded plastic it's fairly rigid. Folding it in any direction would take a considerable amount of force and most likely destory it in the process. The working side of the tray has a slight amount of raised texture but it appears that it would still be very easy to clean. The backside of the tray is glossy smooth.True outside dimensions areLength = 29 9/16"Width = 18 3/4"Height = 15/16"The inside of the tray will hold about 1.9 gallons of liquid.My quality standards are very high and I think this tray is perfect for my needs and I will be buying them every time I need to replace a tray in the dog crate that I'm building. Might even buy some to put in my cabinets below the bathroom and kitchen sinks.

This was perfect for what I needed . Very strong plastic. I used it for my bird cage. The size is a bit bigger than the one I'm replacing.

Plastic corner had a piece broken upon arrival. Not worth returning as did not affect bottom of pan.

Perfect fit for crate

This was a sturdy product, the problem was it had a lip that protruded (think of a vase edge) so that it could not easily slide into the crate. All liners I have ever purchased lip was straight and rounded under for easy insertion.

Since my dog is a heavy chewer, I can't trust to leave any beds or crate mats on top of her crate's floor pan. The original floor pan that came with the crate was horrible! It was made of a cheap and thin plastic. Any time she would move around in the crate, you could hear her nails scratching on the tray. I couldn't get any sleep!!!! I thought I was gonna go insane. This crate is made of plastic too, but it's more "rubbery" and which makes it quiet. My dog moves around at night now and it doesn't wake me. I highly recommend if you're looking to make your dog's crate "quieter".

Pan dimensions are off, 29.5”(Length) x 18.25”(Width) x 1.5”(Height) are not true, width is actually 18.75 debating if I should shave to fit my cage or send back.

I used is for my birds cage. It worked out perfectly

Product would have been perfect, but it arrived with one corner piece broken. It was only packed in brown paper, which of course was not helpful. Broken corner is sharp and I am hoping my puppy will not injure himself. I will keep the defective product as it is too much of a pain to return.

Too small. Cheap quality.
