Salt tablets are fine- good quality and work well in my softener. However, the bags always have holes in them which leaks salt onto the floor.Please also read seller feedback- I ordered 2 bags and only one was sent

I use this product in my water softner, I have used other makes but find this brand is best because the size of each 'tablet' is easy to administer. In the last year I have noticed that the tablets seem to dissolve more quickly than when the unit was new, it is now 5 years old, this might be more to do with the age of the appliance than the quality of the salt, but I would expectthe unit to last more than 5 years, a lot more!

The salt pellets in the bag went from pellets to granules /powder at the bottom of the bag my wife while I was away on a business trip loaded the water softener not knowing that may damage the softener, will be disposing of the rest of salt and not using this trader again. Considering the cost of this salt I expected better have tried to contact Amazon but going round in circles will probably cancel subscription after this.

I thought they had only delivered one of two bags, but on contacting them, they tell me their policy is (due to weight) to send bags individually. The courier clearly does not recognise 1/2 2/2 and so dropped one and had to come back later with the other bag. By the time the supplier had contacted me, the second bag was on my doorstep.All good, will buy again.
