3 x A4 100gsm Premier Paper - White Ream

Quite pleased with this paper. Its reasonable quality in terms of thickness and opacity (although I prefer 120gsm where possible as the "sweetspot" of quality paper that's not too thick or card-like). Its got a nice matte, textured finish that (to me) is a lot more sophisticated than the "shiny"/gloss finish that some other brands use for their printer paper. This is a full ream (500 sheets) so not bad in terms of value. The only thing I would say is actually the packaging could be improved - while its obviously great that the paper comes wrapped in biodegradable/recyclable paper packaging rather than shrink-wrap plastic (from an environmental perspective) the packaging does tear easily especially with the weight of a full ream inside, and there's no easy way to open the packaging and take some paper out and part-load a printer (few home printers take a full 500sheat ream) while leaving the rest to save for later - the outer paper packaging just tends to rip completely apart once opened and isn't much use for storing the rest of the ream until its needed. The paper packaging also is quite thin and doesn't protect the edges of the paper as effectively during shipping/transit to you, so mine was slightly damaged for a few top sheets due to being "dented" by another object during shipping. So 4/5 stars, pretty good but not perfect.

The edges of the paper are cut quite roughly. Consequently, my Lexmark Duplex Laser printer can't cope with it as the paper jams whenever I try to print on both sides. It's OK for printing on one side, but if you want a decent everyday-type of paper which allows printing on both sides (not a lot to ask, really) then my advice would be to look elsewhere, and be prepared to pay a little more, too. Lesson learned here.

I use this paper for drawing rather than printing, it's almost too good for printing! It's a lovely drawing surface, nice and thick. Perfect!

The media could not be loaded.  Can't use some of the paper as they are now damaged

Arrived with a small hole in outer packaging, and with the paper packaging open at one end. Slight damage to a small amount of the paper, but not enough to return it. Good thick paper. Print quality with my laser print is excellent. No color bleed etc.

The product appears to be okay. It was left on the doorstep. I was not aware of the delivery until 9.30 a.m.on Tuesday (2/2/21) It had rained at some point in the night (or early morning) and the parcel was soaked and falling apart, fortunately the product ,copy paper seems not to be affected ? I will find out when I use it. HoweverI am prepared to accept the delivery as this is the first time I have had to write a negative comment about your normally very excellent serviceThank you.Patrick Winter.

Slight tear in the ream wrapping paper and because of that was placed in a nice plastic sheath to protect...most happy with that. As always Xerox paper is of a good quality with the 100gms making for a very nice quality letter.
