LifeCOREBlue Resistance Gear Motor Brake Tensioner TW 90213191 Works 500 Elliptical

Bought for a Lifecore Fitness CD500 elliptical which cost over $2000 at least 20 years ago. I would hate to guess what a similar unit would cost today and the quality probably would not be the same. This part that could be the weak link still lasted at least 20 years. It’s nice to be able to adjust the difficulty of the workout again. I was wrapping arm and leg weights around parts of the elliptical trying to make it more difficult to use manually without power. Lifecore also has a location in Southern California where you can get parts if you have the part number from the user manual.
