Thin foam, offers no support. Not like the old school dense foam ones. The foam in this squished down, it's basically just a pillow. Which is a shame. I found, what I needed via Walgreens.

Very comfortable. Helps ease a sore bottom.

POC since it is foam it doesn't "spring back."Was flattened & has stayed that way.

Cheap material on the outside unraveled when I washed it. The foam inside is too light weight to support a person. Cheap.

This pillow is necessary for those who have prostectomy surgery. I could not sit for any length of time without this aid. Highly recommend it for comfort and ease of carry anywhere you need to go.

I ordered these for my grandmother, and she could not believe that they were the same one she got from the medical supply store for twice the price! She was very happy!
