Totally-TiffanyEmbossing Station, White

I use this for embossing my journal cards and tags for junk journaling. It makes the process much faster and I love that it has slots to hold my finished products.

This fits well on the side of my scrapping desk, right beside my glue gun holder( also totally Tiffany) and also next to my SC.com hot tool storage unit. My outlet strip is close by, so it's quite handy .I'm happy it came a day early.

I was so excited when my package arrived and wanted to get going on heat embossed card making. I quickly realized as I was taking the package out of the box that the little holder for the embossing buddy had already fallen of the base before even taking it out of thin bubble wrap. I thought at first, "OK, I've got wood glue. I can fix it". Upon closer inspection I see a lot of cracks in the wood and the verticle piece is quite woobly and won't likly last long. I will be returning for a refund. I will build my own. Do not recommend unless you can buy it off the shelf and look at it before you buy.

I think this will get me to use my embossing powder more. I did use it for drying my Distress ink so was happy with that. Does take up more room on my desk than I thought. I used both Tim Holtz heat gun and the reg. Marvy one (with the adapter). they both worked fine. Not sure to sure about the holder though. It seems to not work as well as I thought but it could be where I have it positioned. I do feel the price was a bit high but TT stuff is usually high. Mine had several places where the paint was missing and it looked like it had been returned by someone else.

I watched a video on how this would work. Was worried it would be too big. It sits on the corner of my work table close to a plug in. I have used it several times and really like it. Easy access for me when I want to emboss something. I usually had embossing items in a drawer and had to dig everything out. Now it is all in one place.

I love the control it gives me when embossing a larger piece.

I wanted to love this item but it arrived broken and with missing parts. I got a "used version" to save $5 as it said it was in good condition but it was a wreck. The box was destroyed, the unit was broken in several parts and peices were missing. For how easy it is to break and cheaply made...its not worth the price. I can easily just use clamps or a hairdryer holder (even a scientific beaker holder) to hold my heat gun and not take up as much space or worry if itll fit through the hole for a fraction of the price. Good idea in theory and it could prob be a great item if construction and certain features were made better.
