I have ordered this product from this company on two separate occasions. The first order had no issues. Second order, the bag opened in the box before it arrived & the pellets were falling out of the box upon arrival. I sent the sender a message with pics & they responded immediately, sincerely apologized, & gave me a full refund even though I still had most of the product left. In addition this is a great product that has always worked on my lawn for my dog's acidic urine & also for my pink hydrangeas that turn green/brown without it.

Applied to my lawn and did not see any difference in color after 2 weeks.

This stuff works great. I use a drop spreader, not a broadcast spreader because I think it does a better more accurate coverage job. Either way, be sure to read the bag for the proper spreader setting. Two bags, (one for front lawn, one for back lawn) did the job for me at the rate recommended on the bag to properly change the Ph level of the soil. Great price. Don't waste your time using the old fashioned "white" lime powder in my opinion.
