Didn’t know I needed this so much till I got it. Interestingly enough be informed that it does NOT fit on the bus bin your buying it for, HOWEVER, that turns out to be a good thing. The idea of trying to wrestle with a lid that size is exhausting. It is enough too big to fit on the bin but not snap in place. It is very strong so cracking it is not a worry. I did drill a hole at each end of my bin for elastic cord to hold the lid on when storing as I leave all of my outdoor cooking utensils inside. Cheers

Handy to have tops to you can stack totes on top of each other when they are loaded.

this is a heavy duty loose fitting piece of plastic. No attempt to snap in place or seal. I should have trusted the other reviews. it's about the same as laying a cookie sheet over your tub.I had hoped it would snap in and partially seal, but oh well.

Yes, the description does say "Lid", and the details do mention this is a lid to fit a bus tray of a certain dimension. But the photo includes the tray. It's not a stretch to glance at the description, see the word "Lid" and mistakenly assume it means the lid is included. How many people make purchases based on the photo? In this instance, I followed a link here from a list of materials for a project I'm building. I saw the photo of the tray and lid, and $9.00 seemed a reasonable price as I've checked other similarly sized plastic containers with lids that were cheaper.

Doesn't fit snugly...it sits on top and won't slide around but it doesn't clip on or grip in any way. In some ways it's beneficial to quickly lift up the lid and grab something. The holes in the lid do not line up with the holes in the bucket handles either.

I would not purchase again.

Covers do not snap onto the tub securely but fits on the tub/container. It does the job (covers our food as we are in the processing process). Great quality ....happy with the item and transaction.
