COFAIR PRODUCTS UBW425 4x25 WHT Ultra Bond

The product is ok. It works. I used it on my garage roof around and exhaust fan I installed. It is kind of thin and you have to make sure the surface is free of dust/debris I had to re apply one section. Although thin, it does seem durable enough. The seller (not the manufacturer) Is REALLY concerned that you are happy. This may work for some, but for me? I am finally reviewing this in hopes they will STOP bugging me for a review. Once ok, twice? maybe I am waiting to ensure it is working as promised or just don't want to review this. Three times for me is just on the verge of harassment. Some products need time to make sure it works as promised.

Application of this product was easy. I had no trouble cutting or applying it right were I needed it. It does stick VERY well, so be sure to get it where you want it before you stick it down. I bought it to fix a leak in the rear closet in my RV. To this day I have not noticed any leaks in my RV, so I would say that this is holding up well. I will purchase this product again.

this stuff is amazing, it is so sticky, we had a good rain the last few days and the seam in the roof of the trailer did not leak so I give it 5 stars for holding off all the rain we just hadkeep in mind you have to clean the old stuff off first and clean it so you can get a good bond but it does work.

Had a leak around roof power vent so bought this product. Says it sticks on contact and I found this to be true. I cleaned off all silicone around the vent to get a nice finish. Applied this tape and the leak is gone. Since then I have added a vent cover to keep out rain, leaves, etc... I would recommend this product.

It doesn't stick as good as the externabond I used before. But still a good product

This is exactly what I was looking for! I have had a small leak, which turned into a major leak in a hallway that had a flat roof. After trying many things and spending lots of money, I finally tried this. No more leaks! Yea! I costs more than ordinary tape because it is NOT ordinary. Well worth the money and shipping was fast.

Product worked great on our RV roof! We used it to cover the seams and it stuck very well. Saved us a lot of work. Applied a liquid sealer on top of this to cover the entire roof. Would purchase again. Was worth the price to do it right and have peace of mind.

Easy to apply. I applied Quick Roof Ultra Bond Primer on my asphalt roof BEFORE applying this tape on seams. Cut in manageable lengths if working alone (or if it's windy) because if you twist it up, you'll never get it apart. VERY sticky and by applying the primer first, I doubt it will EVER come up. Great product and an easy way to repair roof leaks.
