Good folders for keeping essential documents in your car.
I bought two of these leatherette folders 10+ years ago. And I just bought 2 more recently.The design seems to be the same and probably the manufacturer.is the same too. My folders are kept in the glove compartments of each of my autos.They do get a little stiff and sticky with age because they are left in the glove compartment virtually all of their life. I've lived in Southern California and Tucson.much of my time. By sticky I mean that the registration and proof of insurance start sticking to.the clear plastic windows. Removing the documents from the folders once a year as you receive new documents, keeps them from being permanently attached to the plastic window.I rated the folders down a star because of the aging issue.

Sir, Your Insurance and Registration Please!
This product really doesn't need much to say because it's designed for the purpose of holding the vehicle registration and insurance cards, which it does quite well.I use it to store the vehicle registration card on one side and the insurance card on the other. It has a clear plastic covering on the inside which allows one to easily see the details of the cards without removing them from the wallet. The wallet holds together when closed with the Velcro rings attached. Thin, simple, good, and nice.

That's fine, I gave one to my son and daughter ...
I ordered these for my son's car but didn't realize that it comes in pairs so I got 4. That's fine, I gave one to my son and daughter and used the other two for our own cars. A little smaller then I thought but no worries, I just folded the registration form to fit. Works for what it was intended, easy to pull out if needed.

not too happy with it
I had hoped it would have been more rectangular to fit my car registration paper with less folding etc. The car insurance card & safety check papers fit OK. In general too square shaped for me; not too happy with it.

Wow what a difference having this in our cars. Having all of the car documents in a portfolio is very convenient. It's strong and well made.
