- Polyurea thickener ensures a high dropping point, which means that the grease can be used at higher temperatures in severe service applications (application temperature range is from -20°C to +200°C), and also confers excellent mechanical stability so that the grease structure does not break down in service.
- Because the grease is 'ashless', deposits are not formed in bearings by breakdown at very high temperatures.
- Highviscosity base oil ensures a good oil film thickness is maintained, even in hightemperature applications, protecting components against wear.
- Excellent thermal and oxidation stability (the thickener does not contain any metal ions to catalyse base oil oxidation) ensure longer grease life under hightemperature conditions, providing optimum lubrication, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance requirements.
- Excellent water resistance means that the grease stays in place and is not easily washed or sprayed off in wet conditions.
Emalube Polyurea Complex Grease is ideal for steel mill continuous castors, automotive wheel bearings, constant velocity joints, electrical instrumentation and auxiliary equipment bearings. Good for life fill applications. Excellent structural stability, high temperature performance, antioxidative properties, ashless, high-shear stability and good water resistance. Appearance is light beige and homogenous. Operating temperatures between -5°F to +395°F. Dropping Point of 500°F.
