This stuff works. Wife and I get our blood drawn annually. Many of the vitamins contained in this Multi B vitamin are tested. Folate, B12 and others are at optimal levels.

Gave me so much evergy
Can’t believe how much energy these vitamins give me. Recommended to my mother and she got a lot of energy also. Totally got us out of our winter want to stay in bed funk! Love the magnesium too. Helps with pain and muscle spasms.

Increased mood. Smell and taste is horrid for a super taster.
I did feel my mood increase just a smidge while taking this. However the taste and smell was horrid. I have been tested to have extra tastebuds and so for me, the taste was causing me to keep putting off not only it but the meds I took alongside it as well and so i thought it'd be best to stop the supplement all together to continue taking my meds on time.
