Years ago I bought this product and I thought they were small rounded red pills but must have been mistaken unless they were changed to this capsule.However when traveling long distances I would get leg cramps.I traveled 3 hours back and forth 3 weeks ago and no cramps and didn’t stop so I said give it at least a month
