Endless Road is a brilliant book containing Tommy Emmanuel's music from the album `Endless road'. It contains very accurate transcriptions (with fingering suggestions) written in TAB and standard notation (for nearly all songs on the album) and also includes useful text before each song to advise the player on playing style, difficult phrases, capo position and song context. Chord shapes are also shown in this book and can prove useful in working out some of Tommy's more advanced fingerings. It also briefly discusses the cascading harmonics technique used in `Somewhere over the rainbow' and has a full transcription.The only thing it doesn't mention is about Tommy's tuning tension - often he tunes slightly sharp (445 Hz) which is why you will find it hard to play along to the album. However, if you have a decent tuner or a good ear - this isn't a problem.Be warned though - this book contains some very advanced finger style (`Son of a gun' and `Somewhere over the rainbow') + flat picking - definitely not for beginners or novices. If you are a novice finger style player I would recommend his other book (Only) as the songs are far simpler (although still challenging).I guarantee that you will need the album to work through this book!

トミエマの譜面は、アルバムによってリング式と接着綴じ式に分かれます。リング式は字も大きく見やすい。当本はこちらです。(接着綴じ式は字も小さい)リング式は譜面台との相性も良く使いやすい。因みに1stオンリーと3rdのミステリーもリング式です。

In diesem Buch sind alle Stücke so abgebildet wie man sie spielen sollte. Das ist einfach Klasse. Es ist nicht ganz einfach aber was ist schon einfach bei Tommy Emmanuel. :-)

hello, everyone, if you really would like to practice some Tommy Emmanuel's songs, please buy and refer to this book. All other notes on the website are not that correct, so that you will find it will be hard to play sometimes,

J'ai acheté ce livre de partitions en sachant quel était le niveau de difficulté. Je dois dire que j'ai tout de même était surpris. Cependant le livre est très bien écrit, les retranscriptions sont exactes à quelques détails près (une basse ou certain appogiatures qui diffèrent ...)Sachez que les morceaux sont extrêmement techniques et que ce livre s'adresse clairement aux guitaristes ayant un niveau avancé !
