Great value.
The blower assembly seems to be high quality.The fan was quiet and had all speed funtions as original.The unit came wih mounting screws but no insulation material or anything to reseal the opening .(The housing has to be cut open (on my Malibu at least) and then some type of sealant applied to the opening ,otherwise air will leak when the fan is on.I just used rope caulk on the opening and it is fine.I'm sure there are other materials someone else will prefer but I have been using that stuff for years on many applications and it works just fine .I would certainy recommend this unit as it is about 1/2 the cost I was about to pay at a local auto parts store.If it lasts for more than a year thats the same warranty you get from anyone else. (If it doesnt I will update this review !)

Received broken. BUT got replacement
Replacement worked perfectly for my daughter 11 malibu. Love AMAZON quick response and replacement. PACKAGING needs to be more robust.

2007 Pontiac G6
Installed on a 2007 Pontiac G6. You have to cut the old motor out but the new one fits and works perfectly.

Worked great in my 2008 Saturn Aura!
Perfect replacement. Strange that you have to cut out the original fan. I used a hack saw blade. Pretty easy because there is a groove you can follow around.

Would be a good product if It was packeged correctly.
This could be a very good motor if they packed it properly from the factory. The motor came broken, just as all of the other reviews that I read. The motor is a direct replacement. All is involved is using a razor knife and cutting the factory one out and disconnecting the harness. Plug and play, Bolt in and it's ready to roll. But, this motor comes broken and it's because they install the squirrel cage backwards in the shipping box causing too much movement in the box on the squirrel cage. If they would change this, it would be awesome motor at a great price. Buying this, your taking a 50/50 chance on receiving broken motor, and the factory squirrel cage will not fit on the new motor. Just for this, I do not recommend this item for purchase.
