looks like the picture! gives u the map, a stencil to cut the shape of each picture, a guide to which size to get the picture, and little stickers to stick the pictures on!

I really like the product as a whole, however the different layers were not the exact same size so I had to cut part of the clear plastic outline of the states that went over the white/watercolor in order to match up. I didn’t realize it was two different layers so it was a little hard to get the pictures to match up to both layers but once I figured it out it came out good. The plastic layer did come with a bend on the bottom that I wasn’t too happy with and is very noticeable. Even with it being framed.

As an author I was looking for a way to give back to independent bookstores during the pandemic. I decided to go on an adventure where I would support an independent bookshop in each of the 50 states. I would also send them free copies of my book so that land in the hands of a family struggling with an autism diagnosis and raise awareness! On my journey I needed a way to commemorate the experience when I was done. Sure I had my BLOG but I wanted something tangible and this is where my map came in. Each week I create an image of the store, the book I purchased, me wearing a shirt I picked up representing the store and create that states piece of the map. When I am done I will have this masterpiece for years to come! This is a great way to learn about the 50 states, make a New Year's Resolution to travel, or if you can't travel, do some virtual runs in each of the 50 states which is a social studies experience I shared with my students when we first went virtual! This is a great tool and a lot of fun! The quality is quite nice too!- Jani

Things I liked: the clear plastic that goes over with the dark lines makes the pictures pop. I like the size and quality is really nice. It comes with pre cut state shapes with the names so you can trace the picture and cut it to fit!Things I didn’t like:Washington DC is over to the right in the ocean which is weird. The plastic doesn’t perfectly line up so I had to trim it and tape it in place to fit correctly in a frame.Overall I liked this one better than some of the other maps.

I recently purchased the memory map and I love it thus far. I ran into some issues with printing the photo using their website so I dropped the rating to 4 stars and I emailed the seller. GREAT customer service. He sent me detailed directions with photos on how to get things to print properly. Also, I love that this map comes with double-sided stickies for your photos. The only real downfall is that it doesn't come with a frame or a way to hang on a wall. The description does state there is no frame- I just wanted to make sure buyers are aware.

I was plesantly suprised when the map came with the 50 stencils and double sided adhesive stickers for the photographs. The image size list I would not say is accurate it truly depends on how close the people on the photograph are.My boyfriend and his kids love the map. They get to see where they've been and realized they never been to the west coast. Can't wait to see them or us go on more adventures.

I wish I could give 5 stars but Montana is spelled wrong, but I guess that just means you'll have to travel there quickly. That being said, overall the map is awesome. Each state has a traceable cutout for your pictures and there is a list of suggested photo sizes to print and how big of an area you have for a picture in each state- very helpful. I knew Montana was spelled wrong prior to purchasing, but because of other good reviews I bought it anyway, and I don't regret it!

I love this. The only issue is the plastic map cover does not line up evenly with the map so putting it in a frame is challenging. You have to cut the plastic cover to make it line up properly and then it is short on the top.
