Okay where do I start. It was delivered packaging horrible. It was in a screen material bag, they gave me some little makeup brushes that was okay. So unzipped the ziplock back, and the hair feels great I turn it around SMH. Tracks showing dead in the front on the hairline. You can see all four parting spaces, like the parts are starting right were you remove the lace and you can see all of them. The hair is so thin. I'm so pissed. It's late I reached out no response that's expected so I'll contact them tomorrow. I'm so mad this Bob was my bday bob but I honestly just want my coins back asap. And if I don't hear from them tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with Amazon. If they do I will update on what I cured and what actions they took. Because at this point I don't want it. Do not buy this hair!

Pros: It was affordable, super soft, and came the very next day. It takes heat really well and held up well after I washed it. It looked so cute wet I almost didn't want to straighten it. I like that it's a closure wig because it's very low maintenance and convenient as it can be worn with or without glue. The cap runs small but I like it because my head it little lol. It came with a stocking cap and lashes. There was no tangling or shedding.Cons: It took a lot of manipulation to get it to look decent. Which I expected because it's cheap. I had to bleach the knots and it needed a lot of plucking. Also, I had to hot comb the heck out of it because it was super humpy at the top. It had a lot of fly away hairs but nothing a lil mousse and head scarf can't fix. The back is kinda on the thin side. No tracks were showing but I can feel them when I rub my hand across the back.

The wig it’s self is very nice, soft, had no smell and is full. My only issue is the hair in the closure had large pieces that seemed to but cut off and was choppy.

I loved the quality of this unit very much. It was affordable and lasts a long time have had this unit for a long time not shedding and looks brand new. (With good care)

The media could not be loaded. Bought this piece a few months ago however I haven't installed it. Everytime I try it on, doesn't seem to fit my head shape. Hair seems a bit too silky to be human(not like the photo)

I love the quality of this hair, there was no shedding and it takes heat really well. This is the second unit I’ve purchased from this company and they never disappoint.
