This is great to cook small items that normally fall through the grill. I use it to cool shrimp. Great quality, easy to clean and does the job.

These skewers are belt strong.

Works great for a half slab, need two if you're doing full slabs or the ends will droop over and down onto the grill.

The pan is solid, with comfortable handles. It is perfect for a couple of steaks or 6 good size burgers. The cover is very durable & a great cutting board or prep board

Definitely sturdier than I expected. Heavy duty Doesn’t warp or bend with heat. Well built. Great handles, raised edges so food doesn’t slide off.

I like this for turkey legs or a roast maybe even a ham but ribs will slide thru won't hold them.

Must have for BBQ

Used for medium big green egg. Held more than 2 full racks and worked as intended for a great value.

I use this with the Charbroil roasting pan for indirect cooking on my BBQ. I set it up in the centre of the grill with heat on the two ends. It nicely fits between the two outside burners. I add water to the roasting pan to keep the food moist during the cook. It is easy to cleanup afterwards.

Me agradó mucho que tuviera una base sobre la cual se sostengan los chiles. El producto es tal cual está anunciado y los materiales muy buenos y resistentes. El tamaño es compacto para no ocupar mucho espacio del asador, a comparación de otros que son más largos. Recomiendo que se use un clip para sostener ambas piezas juntas y que no se muevan al manipularlas en su uso, así evitar que se mueva la base y mantener los chiles en su lugar. No se me hace muy útil la pieza de abajo de forma separada como lo anuncian, donde pudiera servir para preparar otros 12 chies, dado que los orificios son pequeños, pero como base en conjunto con la pieza superior funciona muy bien y es para eso que lo compré.

Me ayudo bastante para asar los Jalapeños de forma diferente y sin que se tire el queso, se pegue el tocino en la parrilla o se derrame el relleno, recomendado!
