To return, or not to return, that is the question!
First, I should preface my negative comments with a positive comment about materials and workmanship; The boot is made with high quality materials and the outsole is perfectly bonded to the upper portion of the boot. My complements to the manufacturer for good process and quality control. Pleasantries aside, before making this purchase, I carefully measured both feet (length and width) and read the customer reviews in an effort to determine the correct size. Nevertheless, the result my effort fell a little short (actually long) of the goal. My normal boot size, depending on the brand, is either 10 or 10.5, and my running shoes (NB and Asics) are always size 11. For this purchase, I settled on Men's size 10 and, as Murphy would have it, size 10 proved to be too large...I think. Clearly there's extra room in the toe which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The major issue is that, during the push-off phase of every step, the heal of the boot fails dreadfully in its ability to prevent my heal (and foot) from lifting out place. Even with Dickies winter socks over my low rise athletic socks my heal continued to slip uncomfortably out of its spot. In my humble opinion, the heal quarter lacks the necessary shape and rigidity to prevent heal rise. Considering whether or not a size 9 would resolve the issue, the "vamp" is already a little tight around my wide feet (a size 9 boots would only be tighter), and the toe would probably lack the necessary space to afford wearing thick socks during cold weather. Too make a long story short, I'm debating whether or not I should return the boots, or simply keep them and suck it up (pun intended given a foreboding vision of a boot left behind in the mud-Splat!).

If you use heavy chemicals or work with volatile liquids get these.
* warning they run sort of large based on other reviews, I wear a 10-10.5 depending on the boot style and grabbed a size smaller and it worked well. I’ve gone through 4 pairs of boots inside of 2 years as an industrial painter applying protective coatings both water based and high VOC solvents. Even expensive boots just get demolished no matter what I do, if it isn’t the pint it’s the thinners we use, mostly concentrated toluene and acetone. I can literally scrub these clean with thinner to remove anything that sticks and it has 0 effect on the material itself. The height of the boot allows your pants to be comfortably tucked inside and my Tyvek suit to go down and over and since the suits have elastic, it even grabs onto the ridges around the ankle of the boot. If you do similar work and destroy boots on the regular these are a saving grace.

Wide and Comfy - Great Buy!
Pleasantly surprised with this budget boot! I work offshore on survey vessels, so I was looking for a steel toe/waterproof boot that is light and resembles the traditional fisherman boots. I also have wider feet than most people and a high instep, so I typically steer clear of buying footwear online because it almost never works out. However, these boots checked all my boxes and they come with a very comfortable insole as well! I can slip them on and off easily since the opening at the top of the boot is wide, while the bottom of the boot is just snug enough to keep my foot from sliding around in it when wearing regular crew socks. Order your regular size - no surprises there. Couldn't be happier and have been recommending them to my crew!

My 10 year old, husband and I love these boots!
These are the best boots! My 10 year olds rain boots finally killed out. My kid wears boots almost daily for going in the pasture to take care of livestock and chooses boots for other outings like the store because they are easy to put on. I was happy to buy these in their smallest size (I think 3?) fits what was a size 4 in kids boots. The kids boots are crazy expensive and flimsy not to mention can be uncomfortable. These are super comfy and heavy duty and the sides are taller so my kid can do more.My husband loves his pair and he does cement work and construction. He likes that they have more padding and hug his feet instead of his foot sloshing around and boots occasionally getting stuck in the cement or mud. He was thrilled to finally find good boots which hes been looking for his entire life apparently. He bought me a pair too and I love them when I go take care of the cows, especially when the pasture is wet mud. When our other kids grow up we will get them some as well. I do wish they had some more feminine colors, but I choose being practical over fashion. Maybe different colors so we can tell which pair belongs to whom? Meh, I will probably spray paint or something haha.Anyway 5 stars!

Quality Boot
I bought a pair of Bogs boots for over a $100 without a steel toe. They lasted about a year and a half. The boots are about 25% of what I paid for the Bogs. They are a little heavier than what I'm used to, but I can get used to them. Little has been said about how well they stand up to oily floors. I use them to pressure wash oily commercial kitchens and they grip the floor perfectly. Even if I have to replace them in 6 months, they are still cheaper than a name brand boot in the long run.

Work at a truck wash with extremely strong chemicals all day, they’ve lasted the longest and performed the best out of any boot I’ve tried. Truly a WIN

Order one size smaller than you normally would
So far so good. These were just delivered but I can already tell they are fairly comfortable and don’t chafe when walking in them. They seem to be built well for the price.I’m sure glad I listened to everyone in the comments and ordered a size smaller. I wear a men’s 12 in every pair of shoes that I own. I got these in an 11 and they fit perfectly.

No Steel Toe!
I learned that this boot fits "large". I would order one size smaller next time.
