All the pages have started to fall apart and will need to purchase another one from elsewhere.

Essential for anyone in fire safety or building design. Due for an update 2019. Will still be relevant to buildings constructed to this guidance.

Fantastic book, probably one of the most exciting must read publications out there.

It's the approved Document B (part 2), not much more to say!. If you're not a fire safety inspector you'll find it dryer than a martini.
