Ebike Battery 48V 10AH-50AH Lithium ion / LiFePO4 Battery Pack with 5A Charger and 50A BMS for 3000W-350W Motor…

The seller is offering two different types of batteries in the same listing, which I found confusing (minus a star).The 48V 10AH battery is LiFePo4, which has a slight edge for me over Li-ion batteries for safety (Google it for more info).At first, I didn't understand why I had received a 58.8v charger for a 48v battery.- 48V Li-ion batteries (13 cells) charge at 54.6V.- 52V Li-ion batteries (14 cells) charge at 58.8V.The seller, Wen Haiyan, never responded to my email inquiry about this (minus a second star).After some research, I came to the understanding that the 48V 10AH LiFePo4 battery that I received has 16 cells in series. The recommended charging current is ~3.6V/cell * 16 cell = 57.6V, but inexpensive chargers are common at 58.8V. The BMS (Battery Management System) should prevent overcharging and this type of battery is tolerant of higher charging voltages.The battery output stays very constant at about 52V during most of its discharge.After about an hour of ebike riding over rolling hills, the battery is still at 52.3 resting voltage.While the absolute minimum discharge voltage is 40V, it is pretty much depleted when it goes below 50V.I would raise my rating to 5 stars if there was a way to communicate with the seller.Without any method of communication, what is the worth of a 1 year warranty?Other than that, I am happy with the battery and I would buy it again.

I purchased (2) 48 volt 30 ah batteries from Joe. They perform extremely well as they charge to 58 volts. They hold upwards to 52 volts till close to the end of charge. Do not fear. These batteries are unlikely to let the magic smoke out if any of your components. Most electronics in you bcm and brain are rated 68. in DC you can operate one voltage much higher than rated as long as you can disapate the heat so as to contain the magic smoke. I recommend these to anybody. I get about 32 miles @35 mph with my extremely heavy bike. One had a bcm failure and Joe honored the warranty and shipped out a complete setup, battery and charger. I will not be shopping at any other store. Joe stands behind his warranty I stand behind him.

Extended my ebikes distance to 72 miles of runtime amazing results but died after only 30 or so cycles can someone from the company who manufactured or at least sold me this battery contact me at [email protected]

I’ve been using this battery for approximately two months on my ebike - it’s been excellent. It replaced a 36V 10A SLA type battery.Shipping time was reasonable. Seller communication was good.Overall, based on my experience, I would recommend this product.

Absolutely performs well 48vx30amps using a 48 volt 1000 watts ...rearwheel on my recumbant...60 verified miles i did pedal up to assist coast down ...Shipped ontime everything is great charger used 4 times...nearing 400 miles update very happy with that battery.Bought another fast shipping same quality performance.Gonna use saddlebags to lower center of gravity.one on each side of rear rack..pics to follow to busy riding lol. I paired this with a 1000w rear hub motor and the battery does fine. I don't like the charging connector, but that can be changed. Also, I like the shipping box that the battery came in.

Love It! tried to ride it to empty but it beat me! Worth the money.
