Its easy to use, but very messy. The hose is easily unhookable and water Everywhere. It does give you a lote of product.* just have to keep practicing.

If hise gets clogged there is a screw in spinning bottom take off and use a plunger to force any clog out :)

It leaks out of the back of the machine at the top when the machine is in use. Tried tightening the screws but they are tight. So idk if its just the one I got or a common problem. It does work well. But for $170 is is disappointing for it to leak. But I will still use it.

As soon as I opened it, I could see dirt and torn rubber all over the rubber feet, the sides are scuffed, it was sent in a plain bubble magic box instead of a regular packaging box, and there are scratches all over the top! Why pay for Prime if I'm going to get nasty, used, banged up, scratched products that aren't discretionary in the slightest, 3 days late on delivery?!

i had a manufacturers defect and the supplier handled this promptly and without issue. Thankyou again

powerful little washing machine.

Seam around the top leaks and they gave me mine with a 220u wash bag from a 20Gal unit as it’s way too big for this one and freyed the stitching. Be prepared to replace the wash bag.
