Item came basically on time, when you throw in a disruptive snow storm, the packaging was very good. The item came in its own box which looked great. The cup looks great, great polish finish, great paint finish, no blemishes, no imperfections. The cup looks good on my book shelve. I like it, a great buy.

Hey My cousin is a huge gears fan and I got him this for his birthday he really liked it. We’ve been playing gears since the first gears came out. To the second gears playing horde and to gears 3 with its amazing campaign and we’re still out here with gears 5. This is more of a thanks to the creators of gears than a review. It’s does come the way it shows in the picture, it’s glossy finish not a perfect match, color is a lot more bright, right ear logo uncentered, when it arrived I was super excited when I opened the box not gonna lie was disappointed, it’s like watching a McDonald’s Big Mac sand which on tv and then buying it don’t look the same, don’t get me wrong for what it is, a licensed gears mug so collectible just wish it had more detailed, def hand painted

My son drinks coffee out of this daily
