A pause of a week to two weeks and then another 2-3 weeks of ginseng. Do not take for more than 6 months at a time.I will be updating with any changes, positive or negative, that I experience.This bottle offers 60 capsules for $40, which works out to .67 each. Wow!You can find a higher ginsenoside percentage and more capsules for a lot less money.

I have noticed a bit of a memory boost and even a little energy boost, after using this product for a month.I do feel that this brand is a bit overpriced at the current $29.50 as of 08/09/2021.
