I loved this movie

Colm Meaney best known for a Star Trek DS9 and Next Generation, but his roles in adaptations of Roddy Doyle novels are very welcomed : "The Commitments", "The Snapper" and "The Van".If you are a Colm fan.. you'll like this.

If you love Irish hysterical culuture you’ll love this movie! Hilarious through and through!

This one just fails to get off the ground. The Colm Meaney character, of course, we know, but not much effort is made to establish the character of his future business buddy. All of the characters are essentially cartoons The whole thing with the acquisition of the van is ridiculous and the storyline from then on is totally predictable. We stopped watching after 30 minutes. The Commitments and The Snapper were far superior tales, so two out of three is not a bad score.

We all had a good laugh watching this. Great actors, good comedy.

Not the strongest of the trilogy for Colm Meaney whose character seems more selfish and not as much of a family man as the first two films but still I nice chance to revisit the family.

come è bello ritrovare un film visto molti anni fa al cinema e apprezzarlo di nuovo! tipica commedia inglese- irlandese, cosi diversa da tutto il cinema Americano da cui nostro malgrado siamo circondati. incredibile, non ci sono sparatorie e non è melenso! consigliatissimo
