This metal pedal has enough weight to mostly stay in place, unlike lightweight plastic pedals. The contacts are normally closed, which makes it compatible with most Roland keyboards.

I bought one of these last year. I don't stomp on it, but it lasted less than a year. I need one so I bought another one. Durability is my only concern. It's nice to have when I make recordings - the Zoom G2.NU pedals have above-average drum loops, though no fill capability, and it's nice to be recording a song, use the pedal to stop the drum loop when the drums are supposed to drop out, start again when the drums are to come back in, and stop it at the end of the song. The loop always starts on "1," so you have to be precise about when you depress the pedal to start it, but if you're working with a drum loop, you're likely concerned about your sense of timing as well, and this tool is invaluable for that.

This a little smaller than I was hoping for and I took a gamble on it due to the fact that the seller failed to state if this is a NORMALLY OPEN then when pressed CLOSED or NORMALLY CLOSED and open when pressed. IT IS A NORMALLY CLOSED TYPE SWITCH. further it looks nearly sealed to the point that I will not try to open it to find if it has a switch where I can change the function. Other than that it seems very well built and to the point where the hinge pivot point looks nearly stainless steel or even a bearing type pivot on each side of the pedal. There is non slip rubber on the top and bottom that appears to be well glued. The 1/4" output appears to be mostly metal as on a guitar input jack and seems well placed.

I bought this pedal to use with a ryhtem machine. It's perfect to use as a bass drum pedal. I'm not at all a drummer, but this helps makes it sound like I know what I'm doing. It's very well made, and so far has taken my stomping quite well. If you do any self recording and you do your own drums using a machine, this is the tool for you.

Purchased this foot switch for a Zoom RhythmTrak 234 which I picked up very cheap. The cable that comes with it is a little short so I ordered a longer one. The foot switch works fine, happy with purchase.

Durable, well built, professional. this is a wonderful piece of equipment. I use it daily on a cruise ship 5 hours a night and it is flawless. Recommended.

I ordered this to work with my Zoom RT-223 Rhythmtrack machine. It seems well made and did the job. My only complaint is that the supplied 1\4 inch cable is pretty short. But I think you can use any instrument cable, so I have plenty of those.

This footswitch is stylish and well built. It works very well with my Zoom B2.1u multi-effect pedal and performs exactly as described. The included patch cable is perfectly functional (although I use a better quality cable with Neutrik connectors that I made up especially for it).
