Comfortable, solid quality, good customization
This is a solid keyboard! High quality keycaps, a reasonable layout, and even though programming macros is a bit wonky, it works great and it's nice that you don't need any software because it's all in the keyboard itself.I'm using the keyboard with a Mac, and as it says in the manual, I did NOT upgrade to the newest keyboard firmware, so everything works as advertised. I've remapped one of the space bars to backspace, which is nice.I wish it could tent easier, but you can do that yourself by stacking the board on some books.

They stand behind their project
This keyboard appears to be hand assembled and of very high quality. The only downside, was that there were two 3/# key caps and no 1/! key cap used in the assembly process. After realizing this (which took a couple of days because I'm a touch typist and didn't notice the incorrect key cap right away), I reached out to the company and they had the replacement shipped within a day or so. Swapping the key cap was quick and easy using the included key cap tool. First picture was the one I sent with my request for a replacement. Second is my current setup. I use wrist rests and a logi mx ergo, both from here on Amazon. I've been using this keyboard for two months at this point and its been great.

Best split mechanical keyboard on the market
Amazing ergonomics. Fantastic build quality with cherry switches. My only beef with this product is that the connecting cable doesn't work. That is to say that both sides of the keyboard need to be plugged into the computer using two separate cables in order for both sides to work. When one side was connected to the other side using the included cable, the other side wouldn't work.

good for a time
Excellent, ergonomic - but keep the manual around, if you hit the wrong keys you'll be messed up for a while.

This would be a great keyboard if it was a little nicer and more reliable.
I ordered this in early June and used it for a month and a half. The design is pretty neat -- splitting your keyboard allows you to type with your shoulders in a natural resting position which is much easier on your back. I've been waiting for years for mech keyboards to pick up on this trend and I hope more models from more reliable manufacturers come around. However, Mistel essentially tacks $100 on the price of this keyboard for that gimmick. The build quality feels more like a $50 keyboard than a $150 one.I found these problems to be particularly frustrating: - The non-RGB model doesn't come with key LEDs of any kind. - Genuine Cherry switches (in particular, Cherry clears) are only available on the non-RGB model. - The spacebars follow the non-standard stabilizer pattern and you can't get 3rd party keycaps for them, even if you get a set with 3u/3.25u spacebars. In combination, these three things mean "good luck actually seeing the lettering on your keycaps, especially if you get the black model."Finally, one of the key switches on mine failed after a month of full-time use. To be fair, this has never happened to me before with genuine Cherry switches so I don't know if it's an indicator of poor quality control or just bad luck.Hopefully Mistel improves quality control and design to address the issues I've mentioned above, because the layout is promising. However, for now. I'll be skipping this brand.

Great for wrist pain
I've owned this since 2020-JUL-31, and it's 2021-DEC-30, so I've had this about a year and a half. Absolutely the keycaps have not really worn out at all, nor developed the greasy oil build-up common on cheaper keyboards. The keys are all the same feeling as the first day I got it. Additionally, it's absolutely succeeded for the original intention of the purchase, which was to reduce wrist strain, as I was developing carpal tunnel at the time. My arms/wrists/hands are happy, and the keyboard seems like it'll last another 5 years minimum.Still 5/5 stars, but occasionally it will "lose" the left half of the keyboard. Easily fixed by removing and re-inserting the USB-C that leads to the PC. It's not frequent and hasn't been an issue, it only happens about once every couple months.

If you type for a living then get this keyboard (or something similar).
If you are a professional athlete (especially if you run a lot), you need a good pair of shoes to maximize performance and reduce injury. I felt shocked to have to spend over $100 on a keyboard only to realize what I said earlier days later.I am not used to the more compressed layout of this keyboard so for me there is a learning curve. The Pn key doesn't seem to work for me; I don't use it anyways. I laud the designers for including the Del, Home, End, and PgDn/PgUp keys because i don't have to scroll with a mouse. I do miss having volume and playback controls, the former which are especially useful. Most cheap keyboards have those functions.Ergonomics are good; as with most keyboards, I place a folded towel (to make layers) to support wrists. Mechanical keyboards are typically high off the ground so you need wrist support. Also, I wrote this review with this keyboard.

Left side does not respond after hours of inactivity
I really like this keyboard. It does take a bit of time to get used to the split and 70% layout coming from a standard keyboard (I've fat-fingered the page up key plenty). The brown switches give good tactile feedback. My issue with it and the reason for the 3-star rating is that the left board becomes unresponsive after the keyboard is idle for a number of hours. I first noticed this when I couldn't wake my MacBook by typing on the left half but could with the right half. Even after waking the computer the left still remains unresponsive and I am forced to unplug and replug the USB (main cable, not just the left to right connection cable) to get the left half to respond again. I've had the keyboard for a little over a month and doing this daily, sometimes multiple times a day, is a bit of a nuisance. Not sure if I have a bad keyboard. I'd attempt to exchange it if it wasn't outside the return window.

Great for RSI - Research, is it for you?
Great for RSI sufferers, or even stopping it.The left side sometimes looses its connection but only on startup. I have a Mac and can’t get updated without using a PC...Make sure you get the right keys for your needs.

Great value
The keyboard works well. The Cherry MX Silent Red switches are nice and quiet. The only deficiency is the lack of Mac-specific keycaps.

Product as per described, but packaging needs to be improved.
Product is as per described. If I have to nitpick, the right side does get disconnected from time to time, but a simple fix of re-plugging the USB connection will do the trick. What needs to be improved is the packaging, when I unboxed the keyboard I noticed several creases on the packaging - i"m even suspecting I might have received a refurbished piece...
