Purchased these for our master bathroom. Like all Delta faucets, they are high quality and look great. We returned these, however, because the way the handle worked seemed awkward. You tilt it out to turn the water on, and that is normal, but to adjust temp you can’t just push the lever front/back...you have to grab it and twist it. This is hard even when your hands are dry, let alone wet. Any other faucet we’ve ever had with this sort of handle, you just push the lever one way or another. You can use one finger even. Not with these. Sadly, they had to go back for this reason. We loved the look and design of them. We ordered the same design model but with the lever on top (as the replacements) - and those are much easier to adjust when using!

This is a quality item (very heavy).Pros:* Most single hole faucets get water spots. The right hand control greatly reduces the spots.* Looks stylish.Cons:* The mounting bracket under the sink requires extra room. If your hole is less than an inch from the undermount sink, you may have installation problems.* The faucet has a good reach, but it is points strait down. Depending on your sink, the water stream may only be an inch or two from the back of the sink. My other single hole faucets spays water at an angle to get closer to the center of the sink.Overall this is a great faucet!

I ordered three of these and when my tenant saw them and felt how sturdy they were she asked if I could install one in her bathroom. So I ordered a fourth. I really like that you are able to turn off the water without dripping water all over the faucet. Also they are easy to wipe down so there is no water spots with the brushed nickel. They only thing I have to complain about is that the price when down by $30 when I purchased the fourth, but with price’s inflating I wouldn’t think it would ever go down so much and they were in stocked and shipped within a couple of days.

Nice faucet, solid, Very easy to install (easiest faucet I have ever installed), the reason I gave it 4 stars is the awkwardness of the control handle, when one wants to change the temperature while running you have to grasp the handle and twist it, I found if it is in the full hot position to start it is easier to control, probably should be a 4.5, lol

I don't know if it's because they put it as a side design instead of on top ... but, the handle does not allow you to easily turn it one cold to hot and vice versa. You have to press it to almost off before you can get it into the other position. If it weren't for this issue, we would have kept it.

Very pleased with my investment, makeover, great value, quality & performance. Easy to install, I'm very happy with my purchase no regrets. It gives me the perfect water pressure both hot and cold & both warm when turned in the middle setting. It's heavily made. Love the handle on the side because it look different from the regular standard lever on the top. This is exactly what I wanted at my affordable range. This really gave my new sink the look I wanted. Best Of all the package was the perfect box with clear instructions that made it easy for me age mid 60's. I've always liked to invest with Delta types faucets for all my kitchen and bathrooms parts years.

The media could not be loaded.  Remodeling (old mirror residue behind faucet) and this faucet design is exactly the right piece. Contractor said fairly easy to install, didn’t use mounting plate, and it comes with screen clean key and drain strain.

I like the way it looks but it isn't the sturdiest. The water coming out of it was kind of bubbly and less than I have coming out of my other faucets. Probably has a water reduction component in it, but since I didn't install it, I don't know for sure. I'm not a fan of that, I prefer to remove those and have full water pressure myself, but this was for a rental.

Really nice brushed high quality stainless steel tap. Easy to use and looks great. Easy to brush your teeth.

Definitely different, my handle turns smoothly no problem, the only issue and this is standard with all faucets the sink drain pull bar is only 6” so had to bend it to make it work, still stops the water but is a bit noticeable as it looks a bit crooked, not a huge deal and most people probably wouldn’t notice but they should start making these longer with under mount sinks becoming more popular, can buy a push down type too but would be nice not to have to purchase additional pieces

Great Faucet! 4 stars only for reason I couldn't buy individual faucet and have to buy all kit including drain system which is useless in my case because cabinet layout and space!Great quality heavy duty materials - super easy installation with all necessary tools included!This metal with matte black finish seems better quality then some other brand and no fingerprints and water spots due to adjustment on side!Also big advantage is having long arm distance between faucet and water flow.Love it and strongly recommend!

I used it in my powder room. its style and look is very elegant. make sure your sink is the right size I had problem with mine because the single hole was not centered so i had to use it in another bathroom.

It looks great and even comes the hoses.
