It’s actually an Eye of Horus, not Ra. The gold piece inside looks like plastic, but everything is really well made. It’s centered correctly, a great size, and I really love it.

Actual lapis isn't that precious in monetary terms, but this is tiny chunks of lapis, SUSPENDED IN PLASTIC RESIN, with brass shavings sprinkled around.Cute, if you were looking for something for your middle-schooler to wear, or you made it yourself as a Michael's/Hobby Lobby craft project on a weekend afternoon.As a serious actual lapis lazuli pendant and real jewelry, it's a piece of junk, not even suitable as tourist junk or sidewalk table vendors.Next time, I'll buy the Eye myself as separate jewelry, and mount in on a real lapis stone disc or block.This kind of artful not-quite-outright-lying but not-what-was-offered garbage is why I hate online shopping.

Previously purchased an Eye but realized when I got it that it was actually the Eye of Ra (right eye). THIS is the Eye of Horus (left eye) and I am in love with it!! Kept the pouch as well as it accentuates this beautiful amulet while on my altar.
