they will clean you out. and it doesn’t cramp you up. Follow directions and use a pill cutter to cut the Seed into fourths as directed. the seed is alittle soft. easy to cut. i wouldn’t use it unless you are at home all day.

I have never been so sick in my life. Day 3 and still feel horrible. Severe intestinal gastrointestinal issues. Severe dehydration severe weakness headache muscle pain. That was with 1/4 of seed and only 1 as indicated. Cannot return as it uneligable for return - gee I wonder why? I have learned since this product is very toxic. The only ones providing postive reviews is on Amazon ... do your research first prior to consuming. Severe toxic results for myself.

Please read upon these nuts before taking them; I wish it had. After 2 weeks of ingesting these in hot water I began to have nerve pain in my feet and leg cramps. Since there is 0 refund available, I threw them away in the trash. My life is not worth a few lbs.
