Syrup: A Yuri Anthology Vol. 2

Its not censored yay. I was afraid of it being censored like a other horrid yuri anthology did, and thankfully it did not.The story are dark yuri one-shot that are for the most part, not fluffy, but can be creative at time. Give it a buy if you looking for some darker yuri story and want to support some of your favorite yuri authors.

I just bought it before reading the reviews which i shouldn’t have done !! the art is amazing but boy those stories are more than just forbidden. It has abuse, assault, pedophillic content, and a whole bunch of cheating. even some incest coding. it made me very uncomfortable, and i wish i just bought the third volume and skipped this one. i feel like it’s tainting my yuri collection and i don’t want to sell it or create waste by getting rid of it so i’m stuck with it…it also came bent in the back but it’s whatever… if u like this type of content (ur weird) then go ahead and purchase.

This is the anthology for you! I'll admit I bought this without reading the description/reviews, purely because of how much I loved the first anthology and how most of the stories there were sweet/little twisted/some spice. This anthology has a lot more spice, very little sweet(exception being little sisters icecream, which isn't as bad as it sounds, but still kinda bad-in my opinion) and a strong fixation on cheating spouses. It wasn't my cup of tea, but the arts wonderful across the whole book

I pre-ordered this book and it came promptly once it was published. However I found the stories to be rather boring and if your purchasing this in hope of more graphic/sexual scenes I wouldn't recommend. The craziest it gets are some basic kissing pages and implied intercourse.

J'ai apprécié ce recueil d'histoires d'amour entre femmes, mais une des histoires n'a pas sa place dans ce recueil. La petite fille qui se retrouve esclave de celle qui a tué ses parents et qui en plus abuse d'elle est franchement écœurante pour ne pas dire plus. S'il n'y avait pas eu cette histoire, j'aurais mis la note maximale.

Not as good as the first volume, which I felt struck a good balance between the smutty stuff and the fluff, there's a lot more in this collection that could be triggering for some people. For example there's some murder, gore, incest, paedophilia and rape, and while it's not portrayed as a positive it is very jarring and doesn't have a warning before the content.Other than that, it's very good, a lot of nice art styles and interesting stories going on in these.

Generell eher enttäuscht von der Anthologie, die meisten Stories sind oberflächlich und eher fragwürdig. Da der Markt für Yuri Fans sehr klein ist, habe ich es dennoch gekauft.

I was okay with the relentless cheating stories (they're not very fun, but whatever). I was getting pretty uncomfortable with the age difference stories.And then this book just decides to throw in a story about Nazi-coded soldier taking advantage of a captive child whose parents she murdered in front of her.Like... this book may be advertising itself as "darker" than the previous volume, but that's not "love that's a bit taboo" it's sexual assault of a traumatised child.
