New Chapter Zyflamend Nighttime Supplement, Softgel, 60 Count

I started Zyflamend a week ago, and since the first night I took it I have been sleeping like a baby. I also started clary sage aromatherapy for sleeping the same night, so I can't be 100% sure if it's the combination or not, but I love it. I'm falling asleep easier, sleeping deeper, and dreaming a lot. I wake up feeling refreshed. Another thing I noticed, which I'm guessing has to do with the Zyflamend because it's an anti-inflammatory supplement, is my eyesight seems to be a little better. I had Lasik surgery years ago but am back in glasses and contacts, and I have horrible dry eye since then. Sometimes, even with the contacts or glasses, my eyesight seems worse than others. Well, for the past week my vision has been very crisp with my glasses and contacts. A nice bonus! The pills are somewhat large, but if you're used to taking large vitamin pills they're not too bad. They do have a pretty strong odor, which lingers on your hands until you wash them. I'm not sure if one of them broke open in the bottle or not, making the smell so strong. I do not have any GI upset like it says you can have, though. I'm still taking the 1 pill about an hour before sleeping - after a week or 2 you're supposed to up it to 2 pills 1 hour before bed. I probably will up it, but it's nice that I'm already seeing results in the first week with just 1 pill. I think this is one supplement I'm going to stay on!

When I first tried this I was amazed at how well it worked....put me to sleep and kept me asleep and I woke up refreshed. Unfortunately they changed the formula from the original and now when I take 2 there are zero effects. Will not be purchasing again.

first 4 days it did not agree with me. Made me feel weird, nauseous, headaches and did not help me with sleep at all. it actually seemed to have the opposite effect. I contacted the company and they were very nice and offered a refund, but they also stated sometimes it takes 2 weeks. So I tried it again. I took it earlier Like at dinner time instead of right before bed. I am glad I didn't give up on it. It definitely help with the inflammation. My sinus pressure feel so much better and my overall pains are less. My sleep is a bit better. I have terrible insomnia so any improvement is helpful. I notice an overall calmness or almost dopey relaxed feeling but not so much where I am impaired at all. I am only taking one so far. I will update when I start taking 2. I am hoping it is not temporary. I am the type that some things work great but then after a few months my body seems to get use to it and it doesn't work no more. But so far so good!!

3 weeks ago I missed the last step & broke my ankle. The fracture was non displaced (perfectly aligned) and the doc put me in the dreaded "big black boot". BTDT before so I was darned if I was going to be in that stupid boot for 6 weeks. So I started taking Zyflamend night formula as well as the Day formula. I also began massaging the entire area with Arnica salve (also sold here on Amazon). The blue purple bruising was totally gone in 4 days, swelling 95% reduced in 1 week and all pain (still tender to touch) was gone in about 8 days. My follow up visit the doc was so amazed they xrayed it again to make sure it had actually broken.My results can't be promised for everyone, but I couldn't be happier! 3 weeks and I'm out of the boot and in a slender ankle brace. Yipeeeeer!

I would recommend getting Zyflamend Whole Body over this. This developed a bad smell in the bottle before I could finish the bottle. Made me nervous. I switched back to Zyflamend Whole Body after trying only one bottle of this. I also did not notice any difference in my sleep.

I bought this after reading about it in a health magazine. It supposedly helped with weight loss because it decreased inflammation. After taking this religiously every night for a month, I do not see any discernible difference for my needs.I do not think it helped with any weight loss above my eating/exercise regimen.However, I did find two benefits.1. Helps with falling asleep at night without leaving you groggy in the morning.2. Eased sore muscles after backpacking.Perhaps if you have a lot of inflammation in your body, you might see some weight loss benefit from using this. I just don't think that I do.

I have worked at a comouter since I was 15 years old everyday. By the time I was 21, the joints and tendons in my hands, writs and forearms hurt so bad on some days i would make me cry! Then, about a year ago, my knees started giving me problems when going up/down stairs, crouching & getting up off of and down onto the floor to play with my infant son. All of my other supplements are New Chapter brand and I was parusing their website one day and found this product. With in a week of starting it I noticed a HUGE difference... now I am 4 months into it and I cannot tell you the last time I had a "painful" day! The nighttime formula is great for me because I have sleep issues as well. It doesn't make me sleepy but helps me to relax and I have a more restful sleep. Customer for life!!!!!
