Fantastic product. After years of buying cheap ill-fitting underwear I decided to look into a new pair for hiking. I did doe research and Saxx came up time and time again due to their comfort and breathability. I never rated the concept of a ballpark pouch but after trying them out I’ve ended up replacing my entire underwear drawer!I bought from various places based on price and ended up with a pair from Urbansurfer. After one wear I noticed the inner seam bath come away a little. I messaged regarding my concern and they could not have been more apologetic. They apologised and sent out a replacement pair right away. They did so without much fuss other than a photo to prove the damage. Great item and great service

Apparently very comfy, however some of the thread unraveled after one wear and needed sewing up again
