I am a professional installer - ALERT - do NOT buy this enclosure. The design is flawed - to anyone who has ever fitted a frameless shower, the water retaining bar is NOT, repeat NOT included in this "design" - instead they rely only on the bottom-of-the-door seal to keep the water in, and it absolutely does not.What makes things worse, though, was Durovins attitude. They declared that the installation must have been incorrect, and therefore not only my fault, but no refund either.Their circular mentality refused to even consider that the design doesnt work, based on the fact that no-one has returned one of these showers - the same shower that they refuse to admit doesnt work!! Hence no returns!!This enclosure is absolutely not fit for purpose. I had to order a second enclosure, this time with a frame, which meant I spent a day putting the first one in, then took it out, bought another, and spent another day putting the second one in. I did this because of the first one doesnt seal, but Durovin Bathrooms declard that that couldnt be because of their flawed-design shower with an important component missing - no, it had to be because of my incompetence!!! Did I mention I'm a professional? With 15 years experience?That I actually do this for a living?One more important piece of info - during my initial phone call to Durovin customer services, the operator told me:"No shower enclosure is ever 100% waterproof"When I told her that EVERY SINGLE ONE of my installations was just that, 100% watertight, - she laughed! And this was on the complaints line!!I have bought quite a few Durovin showers over the years, and it it just seems so short sighted of them to bin a repeat customer over such a small issue ( obviously, I wont be back ) - the product didnt work, give out the refund and keep doing business! But they seem more interested in keeping hold of every penny they get, so dont deal with them, as their returns policy is a joke.They even said in their email, " in any case we dont accept refunds once the box is open", so no wonder no showers have been returned!! They dont accept them!! 100% satisfaction therefore guaranteed!!AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - NOT ONLY WILL IT FLOOD YOUR BATHROOM, BUT THEY WILL LAUGH WHEN YOU TELL THEM. THEN BLAME YOU!!!
